We want you to receive your items as soon as possible so most orders are processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 1 business day. Larger items or quantities may be shipped via a freight carrier. We may need to contact you for more information before a freight order is shipped. For a freight order to be delivered, you must set up a delivery appointment time and be present for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 2-8 days depending on the delivery method and receiving address.

STANDARD SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 and only ship to US addresses in the lower 48 contiguous US states.

RETURNS

EASY 60 DAY RETURNS

We accept returns of new, unused items with packaging attached within 60 days of your order. In most cases, we'll refund 100% of your order (less shipping fees), but we do reserve the right to withhold up to 25% in restocking fees for irregular returns. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items and will not include original shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us and include a photo of your item to get a replacement.
